CO2 neutralisation
I neutralise my CO2 emissions when flying somewhere. Of course, the best thing is not to produce any carbon, but as Hibernate/Java Persistence trainer working in places across of Europe this is pretty hard. There are a number of organisations allowing to neutralize your carbon emission. It works in a pretty simple manner. If I fly to Dublin and pay some money to the organisation to plant trees or buy a solar driven cooker for a third world country.
